Subscription credits are provided on a recurring basis and do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise specified. All payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to their terms of service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Generate deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery
Produce content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
Create content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination
Circumvent any technical limitations or security measures
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Use automated systems to abuse the Service

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. Subject to compliance with these terms, you own the images generated through the Service. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service. We may also use anonymized and aggregated data for improving our services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated images may be subject to limitations based on the training data and models used. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated images does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR UNEXPECTED RESULTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
